We had such fun making awesome Charcuterie & Cheese Boards to use this summer that we've teamed up with The Bottled Olive putting together classes to help you figure out the perfect pairing for your boards, rather you're sharing wine, beer or other spirits. Indulge in and learn the anatomy of putting the perfect board together.
You'll sample different meats, cheeses and the extra touches along with
~Spring mixed salad with cucumbers, olives, feta, red onion & tomatoes. Learn to pair infused olive oils and vinegars to make a spectacular salad dressings!
~ Indulge in our Baked Brie with Strawberry & Peach Salsa
~ Rustic Caprese Toast drizzled with Barrel Aged Balsamic
Learn how to make these delightful dishes, along with learning to pair meats and cheeses and why certain ones pair better with wine, beer or other cocktails. This will be an interactive class with tastings and we'll send you out the door with a cheatsheet to take to the store the next time you're getting ready for that summer party. Your friends will come to know you as the Charcuterie & Cheese expert in your group. It's easy to create an amazing tray within any budget and we'll show you how.
